In order for SAP SE to utilize your feedback, you grant to SAP SE a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense to SAP’s affiliates, licensees and customers, under all relevant intellectual property rights, to use, publish, and disclose such feedback in any manner SAP SE chooses and to display, perform, copy, make, have made, use, sell, and otherwise dispose of SAP SE's, its affiliates’ and its sublicensee`s products or services embodying feedback in any manner and via any media SAP SE chooses, without reference to the source.

Please do not enter information which could be proprietary or a trade secret or which can be used to identify you or any other natural person.

SAP SE deletes your personal data from the feedback data when it is no longer needed but in any case after 12 months at the latest. As long as the feedback has not been anonymized, it is stored by SAP SE in Germany and Bulgaria. You can request information about or changes or deletion of your personal data at any time. For any such request, please send an email to enduserfeedback@sap.com.

In order to relate your feedback to the SAP application, relevant technical data is appended to your message automatically. This data includes the technical app version and navigation intent, device type (desktop, tablet of phone), SAP installation number and the SP levels of the installed software components.
